Polyester staple fiber is a type of chemical fiber. The fiber length is about 38mm, and the fineness is 1.5D. Generally speaking, polyester staple fibers can be divided into three categories: large, medium, and small chemical fibers;

Large chemical fiber: This is a type of polyester short fiber spun through melt direct spinning or PET chip spinning. Its characteristics are that the fabric has a bright color and strong stability, and there are relatively few defects in the fabric.

Medium chemical fiber: It differs from large chemical fibers in that it does not use melt direct spinning technology but is spun through PET chips or PET recycled materials. The price and quality of medium chemical fibers are between large chemical fibers and small chemical fibers. Some factories produce such fibers in large quantities to ensure fabric quality and save costs.

Small fiber: It only uses the process of PET back spinning, and its price and quality are relatively low. It is often used to produce fabrics or accessories (fillers) that do not require high quality.
