Li Zhuansheng and his delegation visited Fujian Xintongxing Knitting Textile Co., Ltd., Peak (China) Co., Ltd., Hui'an County Shuntian Sporting Goods Co., Ltd. and other places to deeply understand the development status of textile footwear and clothing industry in Hui'an County, enterprise employment, market development, technological transformation, innovation and upgrading, research and development design, cooperation and matching, etc., and asked about the difficulties and problems encountered in the development process of enterprises in detail, and put forward on-site guidance.

Li Zhuansheng requested that all relevant departments further improve the assistance and service environment, highlight foresight, pertinence, and effectiveness, improve industrial support policies, help enterprises make full use of policies, help Huian's textile and footwear industry accelerate the pace of improving quality and efficiency, and promote high-quality development of the industry; Textile footwear and clothing enterprises should increase investment in technological transformation, introduce advanced production equipment, research and develop high-end fabrics, launch high-quality products with new performance and high added value, continuously improve market competitiveness, establish brands, and seize opportunities; Leading enterprises should fully leverage their agglomeration effect, guide and encourage small and medium-sized enterprises to embed into the industrial chain, form more competitive industrial clusters, further cultivate new models and formats, expand diversified markets, actively integrate and serve the "dual cycle", and inject new momentum into the high-quality development of the county economy.

It is understood that the textile footwear and clothing industry is one of the five traditional competitive industries in Hui'an County. There are more than 1000 textile footwear and clothing enterprises in Hui'an County, including one provincial-level leading enterprise, two municipal leading enterprises, and one provincial-level "specialized, refined, and new" enterprise; "China Campus Garment Industry Base" and Hui'an Branch of Fujian Fiber Testing Center settled in Hui'an County, and the textile school uniform industry cluster applied for the provincial SME characteristic industry cluster.
