Wuyang Textile Machinery was established in 1986 and is a comprehensive national high-tech enterprise that develops and produces a series of warp knitting machines and high-end warp knitted fully formed clothing. We have multiple entities including Wuyang Textile Machinery, Wuyang Saide, Aishili 3D Warp Knitting Apparel, Digital Factory, Wuyang Vietnam, and more. The company has cooperated with many domestic colleges and universities, such as South China University of Technology, Donghua University, Jiangnan University, Tianjin University of Technology, and established a number of scientific research institutions, such as double needle warp knitting machine product research and development center, enterprise technology center, Jiangsu Province warp knitting machine movement control engineering technology center, enterprise graduate workstation, and now has the ability to design and develop high-speed, efficient, intelligent series of textile machine products. Relying on the "Internet plus+intelligent manufacturing" platform, the company has built the first "efficient weaving intelligent warp knitting production line" in China, and developed an intelligent management system for the warp knitting production line to collect, transmit, diagnose, maintain, manage and remotely control the whole process of each production link of the warp knitting production line, forming an intelligent production mode.

At the end of 2021, the project of "Digital Fully formed Warp Knitting Equipment and Intelligent Production Management System" jointly developed by Wuyang Textile Machinery and Donghua University won the first prize of "Textile Light" scientific progress Award of China Textile Industry Federation in 2021. Chen Ge, on behalf of the project team, reported on the overall situation, main innovation points, and future development direction of the award-winning project. He mentioned that digital fully formed warp knitting has achieved 3D intelligent weaving of yarn on the machine, and a new mode of "weaving and wearing" clothing production has been achieved through integrated forming. It provides warp knitting equipment for satellite antennas, aerospace grid substrates, multi-purpose inflatable pads, home textile products, functional mesh tools, etc., and achieves fully formed weaving of functional fibers and short fibers; The intelligent production management system achieves big data closed-loop intelligent management of orders, raw materials, warping, weaving, packaging, warehousing, logistics and other machinery, production, supply and sales.

Wang Minqi emphasized in his research that 3D fully formed weaving technology is a revolutionary innovation in the field of textile and clothing production. It does not require cutting or sewing, does not have stitching, and does not cause material waste. It can achieve low-cost, one-time molding, complete categories, and short production cycles, and is an important technological innovation direction in the knitting industry. At the same time, there is an urgent need to achieve effective collection and optimization of production data, intelligent and remote management of production lines, and improve production efficiency and product quality, in response to issues such as the traditional single machine control mode of warp knitting equipment and the inability to effectively monitor, monitor, and collaborate on production data. At the same time, he pointed out that as a typical family owned enterprise, Wuyang Textile Machinery needs to be led by technological innovation in the future, supported by intergenerational inheritance, and cultivate a century old store in the industry.

Cong Zheng mentioned at the symposium that the digital fully formed warp knitting equipment project of Wuyang Textile Machinery is a solid foundation for the company's continuous promotion of mechanical processing and intelligent manufacturing on software network platforms in recent years. It is also a concentrated reflection of the company's strong market grasp ability and rapid response.
